Sydney, yay!

Woohoo~ Went to Sydney and back.

For some weird reason, I don't feel like blogging about it. Heh.

Day 1.
Isabel not going, Helen bought over her ticket. Yay~
Drove to the airport, went through everything, blah blah blah. XD
Headed to Isabel's brother's place. Karin and Helen have been there before, so no biggie.
Took the train back to central, walked around Paddy's market. (a bit like pasar malam, only you can't bargain. >_>) Bought a belt. Saw the sights.
Victorian churches, statues, wishing wells. Wow. O.o
Ogled at the boots on sale in the shops. They've got really interesting ones.
Nice to see, price to literally die for (damn expensive)
Walked down to Darling Harbour. Woah!! Really really pretty!
Seagulls everywhere.
That was the scene in Finding Nemo, where the seagulls were all gathered going "mine, mine, mine, mine." XD
There was a bungy-jumpy thingy. Only $10 so I tried it. So did Helen and Grace. Karin didn't dare though. Haha...
Super super fun!!! I was so up high it was not funny. >_<
Did a few back flips, couldn't do a single forward flip. T_T
My arms and upper back were hurting real bad after that. But it was totally worth it.
Did I mention that Sydney has yummy bubble tea? Hahaha.

Day 2.
Headed down to the Sydney Easter Show.
Helen said that it's 2x bigger than the Ekka in Brisbane. And she was right!!
It was tons of fun!
So many more rides, same side shows though. But a lot more prizes and showbags!!
Didn't buy any showbags seeing there's the Ekka in August and we wanted to save luggage space.
I won a huge dog for shooting a basketball in the hoop though! Yay!!
Karin bought a few makeup showbags, she had the extra space. Dammit. XD
Grace and Helen just played the sideshows and won small prizes and sat on most of the rides.
Did I mention the HUUUUUUUUUGE slide in the middle of the showgrounds?? Haha...
Totally makes up for last year's Ekka. Haha...
But there was a "Happy Tree Friends" showbag that I really wanted to get.
Maybe at the Ekka. Hahaha...
Met up with my Sydney penpal. She's really sweet!! =3
Sat on tons of the rides.
My favourite? The Zipper!!

Day 3.
All of us were beat from all that walking the past two days that we stayed at home and slept in till 1pm. O.o XD
I know I know, you come to Sydney to see the sights not sleep. But we were all beat!
We did squeeze in a short afternoon ride around the neighbourhood, play in the park and dinner out.

Day 4.
Aww man! Going back to Brisbane tonight.
Headed to the city/chinatown. Had another bubbletea. Totally yum!
Played at the arcade, went window shopping, saw the sights that we didn't see the previous days.
Was fun!
Bought a pair of ankle boots. Yes mum, I did buy one in the end because they were on 50% off!! Weeeeeeh~
Made in Korea, 3 maybe 4 inches high? XD $25.
Wahooooooooooo!
Karin and Grace bought some clothes, aloso 50% off. I'm glad we found that store. Poor Issy's brother had to wait for us. XD
And then we headed back to repack all our things. Haha...

And so you have it.
Our trip to Sydney~ Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh.
