Cosfest 2005
Singapore Cosplay Club is organizing Cosfest 2005The Singapore Cosplay Club will be hosting Cosfest 2005 on the 10th July! ^^ Below are the details:

Time: 1pm-6pm
Venue: Pasir Ris Downtown East
Admission: Free
WAII WAII~!! I'll be back then!! And guess whaaaaat! I'm gonna try my hand at cosplaying too! Because... I managed to rope my friend into making me a costume~ Woooooh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Who I'm cosplaying as?? Himitsu~ *winkz* Only hint is that the character's from Naruto. ^^

still sick...
Still sick. Feel like shit.Mum's gone to Bangkok for a holiday, with Dad and grandparents. Guess that doesn't really make it a holiday then, seeing my grandparents are with them. Hahaha... >.< So evil~
Heard stuff in Bangkok is really cool. BUY ME SOMETHING MUM!! Hehehe... I want new shoes, new clothes and new everything!!! =P Well, new clothes and shoes are enough.
I am so freezing right now. It's winter over here and my heater JUST had to break. I'm going heater shopping later on, have to get one for Lysha too. She's staying in uni late to study so yeah. So hardworking. I can't study in uni, I'll be too bored!! Although I MIGHT actually be able to get a lot more done than at home. Muahaha~
Been practising a lot of my maths. I'm pretty confident with it and I know this time I WILL pass it. Not too sure about statistics though. Everyone in class is worried. Lecturer says, "You can't fail this course." Though I'm pretty sure next year he'll be saying, "You can fail this couse." XD LMAO
Haven't started revising Biology yet, did a little of reading up and stuff, but I'm going to have to start memorising material pretty soon. Last week of uni before SWOT vacation starts. Week off uni before the exams so we can study. Although I'm pretty sure some people go out and have fun 99% of the week. *snorts*
Anyways, my flu's subsiding, all I've got left is a bit of an itchy throat. My turn to cook dinner tonight. Just gotta make sure I use the snow peas this time. LOL...

Honesty is the best policy
Well, looks my mum's done a pretty good job in raising me.I found a wallet in the lecture theatre today, and being the honest person I am (riiiiight) I picked it up.
Opened it and discovered it belonged to a girl, who probably dropped it, seeing all her cards and id were in them too. Not to mention $15 in cash.
Delved into the wallet to see if there was any contact number and Lo and Behold! ^^ House number.
Called about 3 times. Third time round I was at the bus stop when someone finally picked it up. The girl's mum was so happy and kept praising me, saying I was so kind. Hahaha... Feel so proud of myself now! ^^
But... if only the wallet belonged to some hot guy, that way I could meet him tomorrow to return it to him. LOL. IF ONLY

Homesick
Sigh... 39 more days till I go home. My flight's confirmed. 25th June 3pm, meaning I land Singapore 25th June 10pm (Singapore time 8pm).I CAN'T WAIT!!!
I have so many things planned out.
Like... THE GREAT SINGAPORE SALE 2005 is on!!! (I think... Hahaha)
Meaning... SHOPPING SHOPPING SHOPPING!! Muahahaha...
Hear that ma?? I want new clothes!! And new shoes!! Hmm... actually I think I'm gonna buy winter clothes this time around. I have way too many summer clothes. LOL
And then, I'm gonna go to Newton circus and pig out!!! Yumz... So many things I wanna eat... Hehehe.. I'm so gonna get fat. It's like everytime I go back to Singapore, I always put on wait. Without fail. LOL
Ohoh!! Not forgetting taking rubbish neoprints with Emily and Sandie!! Heehee.... Plus catching up with old friends, watching movies, staying up and going out all the time when EVERYONE ELSE is in school!!! Oh I love the mid-year holidays. Hahaha...
But the most important thing...
MY FAMILY!!! And all my kawaii little cousins!! T.T How I miss them so much. Hopefully this time Damien lets me carry him... Sobz...

Gah!!
Lysha and I are talking now. Come to think of it. We were childish. We were both being very childish. All I can hope is that we'll never have a cold war like this again. :)Mum helped a lot. Many of my friends were there to listen in on my ranting too. But at least Lysha and I made up. I went in, said to Lysha, "Lysha, can I talk to you for a minute?" She said "Yeah." Turned off her radio and looked at me.
I stared at her for like one second, opened my mouth to apologise about the email and then I burst into tears. Lysha was so frantic, she grabbed her tissue box, hugged me and once I was finished with crying, we were talking and talking.
I can't believe we didn't talk for almost a whole week!! We had so much to talk about and we were laughing a lot. I think Alvin's pretty scared of us, seeing we were having a cold war with him caught in the middle and all of a sudden we're talking again as if nothing happened. Hehe...
Anywho, woke up this morning, opened my door to see Lysha coming out as well. I grinned at her, said good morning and rushed to grab the toilet first. Hahaha. So she had to go downstairs. But lucky for her, her toilet downstairs didn't have a baby lizard sitting in the sink.
I had finished washing my hands and was drying it when I saw something brown in there. Thinking it was some thread or something, I stuck my head right down to look at it, seeing I wasn't wearing my spectacles then and was half blind. GAAAAH!!!
Called Lysha up, she screamed (and probably woke Alvin up which was bloody good cos he usually skips his 8am lecture in the morning) and yelled at me to flush it down. Hahaha... SO we did. But I kinda turned the tap onto big, resulting in the lizard floating up first before going down into the sink. And just for safety precaution, we covered the sink hole. XD
I hate lizards.

Weekend away
Met up with a group of friends Saturday morning. The Madboards Meetup they called it. Had a barbecue at South Bank before heading down to the city for some kareoke!! Sigh. Reminds me of the good old days back in Singapore, those Christmas parties that Jasmine organised, singing and dancing in the kareoke lounge. Man that was so fun. :( Now I'm getting homesick again.Headed over to Xiao Gu's house early cos the kids were begging me to go. Played a boardgame with them and just lazed around. The kids went swimming, wanted me to go along but I refused. Thankfully Xiao Gu saved me, saying I had a headache. Which was actually not true. Hahaha. Had asked her for a panadol earlier, not cos of a headache but more for cramps.. >.< Unlucky... Hahaha, I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about.
We walked down to the video store, borrowed a couple of dvds. National Treasure, Meet the Fockers and Bride and Prejudice. I'd already watched the Bollywood movie but I told Xiao Gu to get it, seeing she loved Pride and Prejudice and she ought to enjoy this one.
Needless to say, we had a movie marathon since all 3 movies were an overnight one. Hahaha... Went to bed so late, around 12-ish. I don't feel tired at home at 12, but here at my aunt's place, after 11pm is tired for me. I wonder why...
Dinner was totally awesome. We had steamboat! Aunt Sue and Uncle Meng were supposed to come but he was sick. :( Wanted to see Desmond and Daniel. They're such cute little monsters. Hahaha. Just like all my little cousins. =P Sigh... How long has it been since I had a steamboat dinner? Oh yeah... Chinese New Year... :( Now I'm homesick again. *sniff*
BUT ONLY ONE AND A HALF MONTHS TIL I GO HOME!!!!
And this morning, I couldn't help but remember why I hate staying over at my aunt's place... My cousins.
They just have to climb into my bed early in the morning, annoy me to death and then start a pillow fight on me. Urgh... God.
Thankfully I'm at home now, courtesy of my aunt and uncle sending me home (which they did not want to do last night after dinner... -___- lazy) Feel like taking a nap but I gotta clean the house later... T.T

Life's a bitch.Lecturer picks on you cos he thinks you're sleeping, housemate asks you to go home with her and then ditches you to get home earlier just cos you were late by ONE minute then blames it on me.
Housemate ignores you, housemate's brother tries to comfort you. Housemate insults mutual friend, think she's just jealous. Housemate still ignores you even after you wrote a little note asking to stop ignoring you cos I feel really upset.

All pooped...
Went over to xiaogu's after dumping my bag back home. Packed my overnight quickly cos I had to be there before 3pm to pick the kids up.Watched them play their PS2, got bugged my Aaron for his birthday present and got a bracelet that they made for me. Isn't it sweet???
Xiaogu came back later, she had been at a meeting down in the Gold Coast and got me a Billabong top from there too. Seeing they've got an outlet there and they sell stuff there cheap. Nice huh!! ^^
Helped her make risotto after a swim. Was playing Marco Polo in the water. So tiring...
Woke up next day at 6.30am. No thanks to Aaron and Nicholas for jumping onto me and pulling my hair. Ow...
Picked their friend up and went for laser skirmish. Super duper cool. Maybe can arrange an SSS event there. It'll be worth it.
Had yum cha at Chinahouse then went to see the valley markets. Ran into Lysha and Noon at the butcher. Coincidence!!
Went back, had another swim and dinner.
Woke up Sunday morning again no thanks to Aaron and Nicholas, this time for sitting on me and tickling me. >__<
Went to church, came back, sat around watching One Piece with the kids. Learnt to make homemade mushroom soup and went to play soccer. Very very tired.
Came back and jumped straight into the pool. Clothes and all. Muahaha...
Ordered pizza and watched tv, then got dropped off at home. Wooh!!!
Tomorrow's Labour Day. Shops are closed, nothing to do. So Lysha and I are gonna dye my hair. Weeeeh~
